Welcome to ReelMates ("ReelMates", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ReelMates.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ReelMates. By using the service you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter this agreement.
We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information and only create a profile for yourself.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or harm other members; post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that impersonates someone; solicit money or spam other members; scrape or misuse the service; or upload photos you do not have the right to share. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or that we reasonably believe are unsafe.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you add. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content within the service so it can function. You can delete your content or your account at any time.
ReelMates does not conduct criminal background checks on members. Always use good judgment when meeting people. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. Report anyone who makes you uncomfortable using the in-app report and block tools.
Film titles and details are sourced from Wikidata, available under a public (CC0) dedication. ReelMates displays titles and years only.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelMates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other members.
We may update these Terms or the service over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using ReelMates and delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
